Friday Night Prophecy Con. 09

Tonight, we had the awesome privilege of listening to Jacob Prasch and David Hocking; their messages were convicting and their commitment to the Word of God is contagious! Several people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. Every single person who attended was blessed.

I was so encouraged by each man's humility and grace. Jacob Prasch was right on as he taught about those who truly have understanding in the last days, and will have true biblical discernment when corruption enters the Church just like the Macabees discerned how Hellenism was infiltrating into their pure faith in YHVH and stood up against it. Pastor David taught on Revelation chapter one; I was ready to fall on my knees as he taught on the glory of Jesus Christ.

Jacob Prasch spoke two times; his second message was from Revelation chapter 2. He carefully expounded the foundational reason why corruption enters the Church just as it enters into an individual Christian's life. The primary reason the Church becomes corrupt is the same reason a a "Christian" can be corrupted: by losing his first love.

Two things are really causing me to think. One is the fact that there is great persecution in store for those who are true servants of Christ which will cleanse the true Church from corruption, and the other is how the Roman Catholic church continues to crucify Jesus Christ through their belief in transubstantiation which is hersy.
