The Only True God

Jesus Christ has power over all flesh; that means he has power over you, your faith, your life, your circumstances, your political views, and even the breath in your lungs.

God the Father gave Jesus power over all flesh, and the reason God gave Him this power over all flesh is so that He could give eternal life to as many people the Father gave to Him. Here is what Jesus said: "As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him" (John 17:2).

Jesus desires to give you eternal life; He is the only one who can give it to you. You cannot receive eternal life anywhere else except through Jesus Christ; He must give it to you. You cannot earn it. You cannot buy it. You cannot acquire eternal life in any way except through repentance and following Him.

Jesus gave us the only true definition of eternal life: "And this is eternal life, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou has sent" (John 17:3). Jesus said that eternal life was knowing the true God. There is a true God and there is a false god. Knowing the true God is the way a man or woman may live forever in Heaven. If you do not know the true God, then you cannot receive eternal life. You must know the true God.

There are many false gods in the world. The current interfaith movement is led by false gods of false religions that are promoted by wicked leaders. These leaders contradict Jesus Christ; you do not need to follow Man to your doom. You need to follow Jesus Christ. You need to know the true God instead of the false god that the interfaith movement says the world worships in their own way. The world does not worship the ONLY TRUE GOD as Jesus pointed out. How do we know this? Because true worship of the only true God is manifested when the one worshiping does not exclude Jesus Christ whom the only true God sent. If you do not worship Jesus Christ whom the only true God sent, then you do not worship, serve, love, adore, honor, or know the only true God of the universe no matter what your religion or philosophy teaches you. All other religions, creeds, and philosophies are false and demonic.

Jesus Christ has the power; He makes the rules not Tony Blair, Obama, Mohammad, or Osama. Tony Blair and Obama want to unite the world's religions. Osama wants to kill them all. The two extremes have something in common: each creed will be demolished by the risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He alone has the power to grant eternal life. Eternal life is only found in the mutual worship of the only true God and Jesus Christ whom the only true God has sent. They are coequal. Jesus is saying nothing less than the fact that He, Himself, is the only true God.
